What is the technicians ETA "Estimated Time of Arrival"?

Our Spider Technicians are on-call and standing by for your service request. Following your service order, we estimate that we can have a technician at your location within an hours time.

How much time does it take for a repair?

Generally, for most devices and most issues, the repair itself may take anywhere between 20-30 minutes. However, there are cases where the device must be sent to the lab to be repaired properly and this might take a couple of days.

Which payment methods do we accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods. Cash, PayPal, Visa and Mastercard. Unfortunatly, we do not accept American Express, Discover, Checks, and/or Bitcoin. However since we do accept PayPal, you may make a payment with your American Express or Discover card via PayPal.

How can I trust a Spider Tech?

We form a background check on each technician before we hire them. This background check consists of any criminal records. Our technicians are certified with technical experience in the trade. All of our Spider Technicians are obligated to follow our code of conduct which is to provide all customers with courtasy and professionalism.

Will I lose my AppleCare+ Warranty?

Will I lose my AppleCare+ Warranty?
Apple may chose to void your AppleCare+ warranty should a repair be done be a non Apple Tech. Remember that Apple only offers coverage on hardware and not labor for 1 year and telephone support for 90 days. This can be extended to 2 years hardware and 1 year telephone support with the purchase of AppleCare+ for $129. However, you are limited to 2 incidents and must also pay a deductable anywhere from $29 to $99 to have your device repaired.

Does Spider Techs provide warranty?

Yes, we absolutley provide a proprietary lifetime Spider Warranty on all the parts and services we furnish. Please see our warranty policy for more details.

Can we meet anywhere I want?

Our Spider Technicians are mobile and ready to meet you anywhere you would like, as long as its safe. We generally come to residences, offices and your local coffe shops.

How do I set up an appointment?

It's pretty simple and straight forward. You have 2 options, the first option is to call and speak to our live customer service agents who will set up your appointment. The second option is to go through our 4 step pricing menu. 1. Select your device 2. Select the model of your device 3. Select the service needed 4. Enter your service related info.
